A Hifz revision routine that actually works
Strong Hifz rests on three layers: the new lesson, recent revision and long-term revision. Skipping any layer is the most common reason students forget what they learned.
Keep the new lesson small enough to master in a day. A little done well and repeated beats a lot done in a rush.
Recite recent lessons every day for at least a week, then move them into a rotating long-term schedule. Reciting aloud to a teacher exposes small slips that silent review hides.
Finally, protect the routine. Short, consistent sessions around school and work will outlast bursts of effort that fade.
